At Beau Rivage, the rate posted on the availability page is the whole cost of your stay. The security deposit is a separate $1,000 check that is never cashed — handed back or torn up after a clean checkout.

What "by owner" actually gets you

• A real person who knows the house. Locked out, need a restaurant pick, a beach cart question — you text the family directly, not a call center.
• Straight answers before you book. Ask us anything about the units, the block, or the beach — you're talking to the family that's summered here for generations.
• Flexibility platforms can't do. Dogs considered in Unit 1 with a conversation, not an algorithm. Questions about arrival timing or gear storage get a human yes.
• Your money goes to the house. Fee-free booking keeps rates honest and the house cared for.

How direct booking works here

Pick an open week, send the request form (it's pre-filled with your unit and dates), and a member of the family gets back to you personally. Your rental agreement arrives by email; half the rent plus the deposit check locks in your week. Before arrival you get the full welcome packet — parking, access, house notes, and our Sea Isle favorites. Old-school on purpose.
