Saturday-to-Saturday rentals in Sea Isle City
The classic Jersey Shore week — how it works, what it costs, and why Sea Isle families have booked this way for generations.
How the Sea Isle week works
Most weekly rentals in Sea Isle City, ours included, run Saturday to Saturday. At Beau Rivage check-in is 1:00 PM Saturday and check-out is 10:00 AM the following Saturday. One family packs out in the morning, the house gets turned over, and the next family rolls in after lunch — it's the rhythm of the whole island, and it's why the Garden State Parkway looks the way it does on summer Saturdays.
A full week sounds like a commitment if you're used to two-night stays, but it's the reason people come back to Sea Isle year after year: you unpack once, the beach is yours every morning, and by Wednesday you know the lifeguards' names.
What a week costs at Beau Rivage
Every week's rate is posted openly on our availability page — no hidden fees, no service charges, no cleaning-fee surprise at checkout. Broad strokes:
| Season | Typical weekly rate |
|---|---|
| Late May – early June | $2,500 – $3,000 |
| Mid-June and late August | $3,800 – $4,200 |
| Peak July – August weeks | $3,800 – $4,200 |
| September (locals' favorite) | $2,500 – $3,200 |
That's for a whole unit — either the 3-bedroom first floor that sleeps 8, or the 2-bedroom second floor with the private ocean-view deck. A refundable $1,000 security deposit is written as a separate check that is never cashed — it's handed back (or torn up) after a clean checkout.
Good to know before you book a Sea Isle week
- Linens and towels are BYO — that's the Sea Isle tradition, and we follow it. Pack sheets, towels, and beach towels.
- Booking is simple: request a week, we confirm personally, the agreement arrives by email, and half the rent locks in your dates.
- September is the secret. The ocean is warm, the crowds are gone, and rates drop. If you've never done a September week, start there.
- Book early for July. Peak weeks at most Sea Isle houses — ours included — are often rebooked by the same families every year. When one opens, it goes fast.
Live availability for both units, every week priced.
